there's a new campaign at stardoll. but it doesn't worked for me because i'm not in US right now :(
you'll saw it when you log in to stardoll at the 2nd page (of the.. you know) just click it if you're in US.. www.stardoll.com/campaigns/bff/
i don't know (yet) what proxy you could use but i'll try to find out okay ?? (well i hope so)
